You can upload up to 20 files per batch with a combined size of 1 GB. Importing a file by URL supports files up to 500 MB. If you work with bigger media regularly, the Pricing page lists plans with higher processing priority.
Your original upload is erased from our servers the moment the conversion job completes. The converted result stays available for download for a short window - at least 30 minutes - and is permanently wiped within about an hour. Nobody opens, reviews, or shares your files at any point, so download your result soon after it's ready.
